налог, взимаемый со всех хозяйствующих субъектов, имеющих земельные участки в собственности, во владении и пользовании на правах аренды. Объектом обложения выступают размеры земельного участка; ставки налога (тарифы) дифференцированы в зависимости от назначения земли, ее ценности, местоположения и др. Суммы уплаченного налога, если необходимо, относятся плательщиком на себестоимость производства (работ). Начисленный налог зачисляется в местный бюджет (см. Бюджетный федерализм).
